all orders are aimed to be shipped between 1-3 working days unless stated otherwise, once shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. we use royal mail tracked 24. if your order is returned because of an invalid or insufficient shipping address, an extra shipping charge(s) will apply to resend the order. alternatively you can cancel your order and receive a refund for the items purchased only (excluding postage) 

international shipping is available and will be sent tracked with royal mail. please note for international shipping - we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims with the shipping carrier and will be responsible for paying all duties/vat.
